INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping takes about 15 to 30 days in transit. Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in our shipping charges. All international orders are shipped via USPS first class international. Pease allow up to 30 days from shipping date to receive your order since customs will sometimes hang on to orders causing delays. As delivery confirmation is NOT available for first class international shipping, we can only provide the customs form number. If you wish to upgrade to International Priority, please contact us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. You can contact us if interested in adding insurance for an extra fee and it is highly recommended especially for Custom Made Bridal Orders.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
We are interested that our customers are completely happy and satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.
We will offer an exchange or a store credit for 30 days. If you fail to use your exchange or store credit within 30 days, we have a right to deny your request.
REFUND POLICY: If you are completely dissatisfied with your item (s), due to the quality of our product(s), please let’s discuss your reasons and we can determine if we can offer a refund. You must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your items. Refunds are only offered on items that are not used, are not tampered with and are in the same condition as when you received it. We have a right to deny a refund for any reason, if need be. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. A product that is returned in a way that cannot be resold as is will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. We ask that you please package all items in a tight sealed bubble wrap envelope and stamp or write FRAGILE on the envelope.
LOST PACKAGE POLICY: We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit; insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and is recommended.
MISTAKE POLICY: If we make a mistake on your order, please contact us right away or within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace missing or incorrect items free of charge and ship them with the same shipping method you selected when you placed the order. If a replacement item is not available at the moment and we cannot custom make the item for you, we will offer a refund or credit voucher that you can apply to a future purchase.

Due to the nature of our handmade jewelry pieces, not all beads, stones and pearls are of the same size and exact color. We try our best to match up the beads to look very similar.
